As a seasoned Traffic Control Specialist with over 20 years of experience in temporary traffic control, safety compliance, and training. As the President of SLC Traffic Plans & Training, LLC, I bring a deep understanding of MUTCD regulations, state and local industry standards, and effective traffic control strategies for a wide range of construction and roadway projects.

I specialize in the design of traffic control plans that prioritize safety, efficiency, and compliance. I am also certified instructor and deliver comprehensive Flagging, TCT (Traffic Control Technician) and TCS (Traffic Control Supervisor) training programs to support workforce development and safety in the field. In addition to design and training expertise, I provide expert witness services, offering detailed technical insight and analysis in cases involving traffic control operations and compliance.
